How to start a return: Reach us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 24-48 hours with simple instructions.

 

Conditions: Items should be in original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or full refund - no need to return it.
