Free tracked shipping to the United States.

 

Batch model (launch period): we only list units that are ready to ship — no pre-orders. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and dispatched in strict order of purchase.

 

Delivery: after dispatch, tracked delivery takes an estimated 12–18 business days; tracking can take 1–3 days to show initial movement.

 

Delays: if a batch is ever delayed, we'll email you before your dispatch date with the updated timeline. If your order hasn't arrived within 18 business days of dispatch, contact us — you're covered by our 30-day happiness guarantee either way.

 

Wrong address: double-check at checkout; returned packages are reshipped once the address is confirmed.
